white, red wine, or apple cider

Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a jar or small bowl.
Add olive oil and whisk or shake until emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Drizzle over salad or store in fridge up to 1 week.
